Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery - Post & Package is included in quoted prices for delivery to UK Mainland. Delivery could take between 10 and 14 days. Please get in touch by email for a quotation for deliveries elsewhere .
To return any undamaged work, evidence (a photo) should be sent via email to confirm the painting is in good condition. A reason for returning the artwork would be also required, before any action is taken. If agreed, it can then be returned in its original packaging within 14 days from the date it was received by the prospective buyer. Art&co gallery will not reimburse the cost of postage to return the work, only the original cost of the artwork. Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, the original cost of the work will be refunded by the same means it was purchased.
To return any work that has been damaged in transit, proof with evidence (photo) and a written description of the damage will be required for any insurance claim made by Art&co gallery. The cost of the return will be refunded on receipt of the damaged goods.
