We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy 

Collection of information :

For the purpose of communication, facilitating the information of and sales of paintings between those using this website and Artandcogallery any of the following may be used :

names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, billing details, including credit card and banking details.

In addition this information may be used to inform previous and present buyers of forthcoming events, updates of new additional work and exhibitions. Personal information will simply be used to facilitate information between myself and buyer or potential buyer to ensure a happy and successful transaction.

 

Who do we share your data with

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We do however use third party applications to help us gather, process and store data. This means your data is effectively shared with them. At present these include Wix and Google analytics - please refer to Wix.com privacy policy statement.

 

How long do we store your data and how long do we keep it

We keep both paper records and electronic data. All personal information will be stored for an agreed time limit of up to three years. After this time all records will be destroyed

 

What are your rights over your data

You have the right to request the file of the personal data we hold about you.

If you do not agree or wish to withdraw your consent for the collection of your personal information, please contact me by email on artandcogallery@gmail.com. We would require to verify your identity before we can release any data.

 

How do we protect your data

Your paper records are protected by a secure means and electronic data has anti virus software. In the event of a data breach we will take immediate action at the right level and notify you to act accordingly.

 

Complaints about data

If you are unhappy with the data we are holding on you or the way we handle it, you have a right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), details of the procedure can be found at ICO.org.uk
